About the event
This workshop is for ages 8- 18 (high school senior). The goal of an actor is always to be safe on stage. Sometimes in the portrayal of a scene, there is some physical contact. Many of you saw The Miracle Worker scene at one of our summer camps, where Annie Sullivan and Helen Keller were having the dining room battle. It was pretty intense, but it needed to be all planned out and done safely. In this workshop, Ms. Anna Kurtz will teach us how to interact safely on stage.
