We would like to take a moment to thank you all for your support and active participation in the POTS theater. It is greatly appreciated. 

 

As always, we are doing our best to ensure that we are taking great care in safeguarding all POTS children and participants. In order to do that, and to comply with PA state law, we are requiring all volunteers 18 and older to provide the following, before participation in any POTS volunteer activities:

1) Access to Criminal History Clearance(PATCH)

​

 

2) Child Abuse History Clearance, signed State Sexual Abuse Disclosure form

​

 

3) FBI fingerprint Clearance (ONLY) if PA has not been you primary residence for the last 10 years).

4) Signed PA Volunteer Disclosure Statement

​

 

The Pennsylvania State Police Background check and the Child Abuse History Clearances are both free for volunteers. All clearances must be renewed every 5 years. 

 

If you have current clearances please forward copies, with the watermark, to: playersofthestagelv@gmail.com. If you do not have all current required clearances, please review the information above, and get them processed as soon as possible. Any volunteer 18 or older will not be able to participate in POTS events until clearances are received. Please sign and return the PA Volunteer Disclosure Form.
